Role: D365 F&O Sales Lead
Overview:
A senior-level position for an experienced Functional D365 F&O Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience and in-depth knowledge of the Sales module. The role involves leading a small team and managing the Sales work stream within projects.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience with D365 F&O Sales Module (configuration, solution design, implementation).
* Previous exposure to AX 4.
* Ability to lead and mentor a team of four consultants.
* Solid understanding of SCM processes and hands-on configuration experience.
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in D365 F&O functional consulting.
* Some project stream leadership responsibilities (sub-PM level).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Sales module work stream in D365 F&O projects.
* Conduct requirements workshops and translate business needs into functional designs.
* Configure and test Sales-related processes.
* Oversee data migration and integration activities for Sales.
* Provide team leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance.
* Support UAT and deliver end-user training.
* Act as the primary contact for Sales-related issues during and after implementation.
Role: Functional Specialist - Procurement & WMS
Overview:
A senior consultant role focused on functional configuration and support within the Procurement and Warehouse Management (WMS) apps of D365 F&O. This position does not involve project management responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in D365 F&O functional configuration for Procurement and WMS apps.
* Experience in end-user training and support.
* Strong understanding of procurement workflows and warehouse processes.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain Procurement and WMS modules in D365 F&O.
* Analyse requirements and implement system configurations.
* Provide functional support and resolve issues for end-users.
* Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
* Prepare training materials and deliver sessions.
* Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
Role: Application Consultant: Manufacturing & WMS
Overview:
A functional consultant role focusing on Manufacturing and WMS apps within D365 F&O. The candidate will be hands-on with configuration and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Key Requirements:
* 2-3+ years of experience in functional configuration for Manufacturing and WMS apps in D365 F&O.
* Experience in end-user support and training.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain Manufacturing and WMS modules in D365 F&O.
* Support day-to-day operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
* Assist in testing and validation of configurations.
* Deliver end-user training and create documentation.
* Work closely with business teams to ensure system functionality meets operational needs.
