    Nigel Frank is supporting a leading organisation in their search for a Digital Workplace Lead to join their growing IT function. This is an excellent opportunity to own and deliver a Group-wide digital workplace strategy, driving collaboration and innovation across the business.



    You will play a key role in designing and implementing an AI-enabled digital workplace on Microsoft 365, building a scalable intranet and collaboration platform across multiple companies and tenants.



    This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys working with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level digital transformation.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Develop and lead the Group digital workplace strategy, enhancing how employees collaborate, communicate, and access information.
    * Design and implement a Group-wide intranet platform across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.
    * Establish the intranet as a central hub for communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
    * Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to enhance the employee digital experience.
    * Lead the design and development of a modern intranet using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.



    Skills & Experience

    * Proven experience delivering enterprise intranet or digital workplace platforms.
    * Experience implementing collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
    * Strong understanding of governance, information architecture, and platform standards.
    * Experience leading large-scale technology projects impacting a broad user base.

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented D365FO Junior Finance Systems Analyst to join a growing, transformation-focused organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career looking to develop their expertise within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, supporting finance users and driving continuous system improvement.



    Working closely with the Finance, IT, and external partners, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimising the D365FO Finance environment. This role offers strong progression opportunities within a collaborative and forward-thinking ERP landscape.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Finance Systems Support: Provide day-to-day support across D365FO Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets)

    * Requirements Gathering: Work with finance stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into system improvements

    Skills and Experience

    * D365FO Exposure: Experience supporting or working with D365FO Finance modules (or strong exposure to ERP finance systems)
    * Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end)
    * Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot data and transnational issues
    * Communication Skills: Confident working with finance stakeholders and system users
    * Testing Experience: Exposure to system testing or supporting ERP enhancements is advantageous
    * Power Platform / Reporting: Experience with Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools is beneficial
    * Delivery Environment: Familiarity with structured project environments (Agile or waterfall) is desirable
