Job Title: Dynamics NAV Business Systems Analyst
Compensation: $130,000 Location: Hybrid role in Sebastopol, CA
Overview: The Business Systems Analyst collaborates with Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to deliver level I/II application support for Microsoft NAV 2018/Business Central ERP and associated integrated products at a growing, global organization in Sebastopol, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply functional knowledge of NAV/Business Central modules (manufacturing, warehousing, finance) to address complex business challenges as part of the Global Systems and Analytics team.
* Advocate for Operations staff in process design and hardware selection.
* Test and document processes and application instructions.
* Consult and support the analysis of ERP system applications to operational requirements.
* Align ERP systems with efficient business processes by analyzing business systems.
* Perform NAV application configuration using Microsoft RAPID Start Services and provide support for installation and user sign-offs.
* Conduct NAV system testing for monthly release cycles and minor/major upgrades.
* Log support incidents, problems, updates, and documentation in the Zen Desk support system.
* Actively participate in ERP implementation projects, including GAP/FIT Analysis, capturing business requirements, UAT, and post go-live support.
* Collaborate with contractors and external vendors to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
* Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, problem resolution, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.
* Hands-on experience applying software to manufacturing needs and troubleshooting.
* Practical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows servers, and standard networking protocols.
* Recognized for outstanding customer service and problem resolution for end-users facing hardware and software issues.
* 3+ years of functional/development experience with Microsoft Dynamics - NAV versions 2016 or higher (preferably certified) or a comparable ERP system.
* Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services (DNS, VPN, DHCP, etc.).
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Certifications are a plus.

Work Environment:
* Standard office environment with some time in the manufacturing facility.
* Onsite position; 2-3 days/week
