I'm looking for a driven and dynamic Operations Manager to join a successful Property Management business in Cambridge. In line with their highly collaborative culture, this role will be largely office-based, so you must live within a close proximity to Cambridge.

The team is a mix of IT and Operations Specialists, who are responsible for maintaining all software systems, processes and tools that are used across all departments, including for both office-based and site-based staff, and providing training to staff.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of in-house specialists who manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including their main industry-specific software systems (training on these systems will be fully provided).

* Mentor team members in project management, processes, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

* Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with finance background a plus.
* Proven skills in project management - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
