I'm currently working with a top Insurance broker in the London Market to appoint a Senior Technical Support Specialist as part of their expanding technology team. The Role:
- Provide senior-level application support across a suite of business-critical platforms
- Own and triage incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring high-quality resolution
