    RattachĂŠ au Responsable du PĂ´le ERP & Solutions BI, votre rĂ´le sera de gĂŠrer les applications du reporting dĂŠcisionnel Power BI et leurs ĂŠvolutions. A ce titre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

    * Assurer le maintien en conditions opĂŠrationnelles des applications Power BI,

    Profil recherchĂŠ :

    DiplĂ´mĂŠ(e) d'une ĂŠcole d'ingĂŠnieur ou d'une formation universitaire ĂŠquivalente, vous justifiez impĂŠrativement d'une expĂŠrience minimum de 5 ans sur les outils Power BI Desktop, Power BI Services, l'administration des services et des passerelles Power BI, ainsi que les diffĂŠrentes connectivitĂŠs aux sources techniques (Azure, SQL server, database).

    La connaissance de plusieurs outils dĂŠcisionnels est un vĂŠritable atout, tout comme la connaissance de l'environnement du Retail.

    Vous avez un anglais professionnel vous permettant d'ĂŠchanger quotidiennement avec nos interlocuteurs ĂŠtrangers.

    As a manager, you will responsible for coaching and leading a cross-functional team, and will be supported in taking on the role of Scrum Master - it's important to note that you don't necessarily need to have been a Scrum Master before, as long as you are happy to step into this role.

    You will act as a role model in demonstrating data leadership, agile principles and engineering excellence. Whilst most of your role will be hands-off management and strategic work, you will still sometimes need to be technically hands-on, owning the enterprise data warehouse and a range of key data sources and analytical solutions including Power BI reporting.

    As such, we are looking for an individual with a solid background in Microsoft BI & Analytics development, and a desire to lead a high-performing team. The role would be well-suited to an existing Manager, or a seasoned BI or Data Developer looking to take a step-up into Management.

    Requirements:

    * Extensive background in BI & Analytics Delivery - including requirements gathering, design, development, test & deployment
    * Excellent SQL skills
    * Excellent data analysis, design and modelling experience - Kimball modelling, developing ETL / data pipelines, tabular models
    * Experience designing and building data visualisations - ideally in Power BI
    * Experience or knowledge of Azure data platform technologies - e.g. data factory, synapse etc.
    * Experience either formally managing or informally coaching others, with a desire to step into the role of Scrum Master
