About the Role
This is an in house position suited for a skilled professional who enjoys problem solving, improving systems, and leading technical decisions. The role sits at the center of the company's ERP landscape, focusing on architecture and performance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage F&O environments and coordinate updates, builds, and releases

Job Purpose:

The Finance TM1 Contractor will join the Finance Change Team and assist with the administration, maintenance, and further development of our TM1 system. The role will support both the Finance team and the wider business.



Key Areas of Responsibility:

* Provide first line support for TM1 end users. This will include assisting with reporting, advice on use of TM1, problem solving, user and security changes.
* Provide BAU support and bug fixing.
* Work with the team to develop TM1 improvements
* Help to develop, validate and document TM1 solutions, based on current projects list and priorities.
* Satisfy business needs by implementing TM1 solutions using TM1 rules, TI processes and efficient design in the TM1 environment.



Knowledge and Skills:

* Strong capabilities in TM1 competencies including: rules/feeders, TI processes, subset automation, dimension and cube structures, Perspective reports and Architect.
* Paw dashboard creation and report building
* Strong Excel skills including VBA and macros
* Hands on exp on MS SQL Server, SQL and MDX
* Finance and accounting knowledge
* Good interpersonal skills

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop automation tools to route approvals and delegate tasks during out-of-office scenarios, including automated reassignment for employee turnover.
* Customize the change order functionality within Business Central to meet evolving organizational needs.
* Implement enhancements including version control, dynamic DDA routing based on contract dollar amount, and original contract value preservation for accurate invoicing and vendor issuance.
* Lead customization and configuration efforts across Business Central modules for Procurement, Projects, Accounts Payable, and Finance.
* Build project forecasting tools leveraging raw data extracted from Business Central to support proactive project management.
* Design and deploy approval workflows via mobile application to streamline decision-making processes.
* Manage Microsoft system updates, ensuring protection and continuity of all customized features with zero data loss.
* Collaborate with and provide training for accounting and finance teams, Project Management, Procurement, Field Receiving, and Approvers.
