Providing training, guidance, and ongoing support in both Swedish and English.



What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).

Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Fluent Swedish and confident English communication skills.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate technical ideas into business value.

Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210) are a plus but not essential

* 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE, including implementation, configuration, and customisation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
* Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Fluent in Swedish and English.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform) are a plus.
