Based in the heart of Newcastle City Centre, Nigel Frank International, the global leader in Microsoft Technology recruitment and founding brand of the Frank Recruitment group, is seeking hungry and motivated trainee/entry level recruitment consultants to join the business at a time of continued company growth and success.

Opportunities are available across various technology-focused teams, including specifically our Analytics/Business Intelligence team, who fill jobs for people working in the latest technologies in Advanced Analytics that drive business change and improvement.

Your main responsibilities will be to not only resource candidates for warm positions but help bring on new clients to build your reputation in the market.

You'll find your candidates using a range of tools including job boards, our own Database, Advertising, LinkedIn/other social media and IT Industry events that we sponsor/attend.

You'll win business through lead generation and canvassing of clients through email, calling (cold and warm calls), as well as through our exceptional client management team who work with a huge number of enterprise-level companies.

What do we want from you?

- Sales background/experience (Direct sales, Outbound Contact Centres and the like are preferred - even better if you have a background in recruitment)
- The ability to work outside of 9-5 when needed (our candidates are often at work during the day and you won't always be able to speak to them during working hours).
- Genuine drive, motivation and determination to succeed. This is key, as you'll have good days and bad days, like all sales roles.
- An outgoing personality and analytical mind.

- Graduate background is preferred, but by no means essential

I have an active requirement for an enthusiastic Account Manager, with experience in a Dynamics 365/ ERP re-seller environment, for an interesting new role with a reputable Microsoft partner. With UK wide coverage, my client is looking to grow the team with a Client Account Manager who can assist in managing a diverse client base - guiding stakeholders, ensuring successful customer relationships are forged, maximise service excellence, and to fundamentally ensure the successful delivery of solutions to customers.

This role is home based, with travel to customer site where required - flexibility offered around home working/ working hours.

Role & Responsibilities

* High level stakeholder management - managing relations remotely and face to face
* Developing new business prospects through effective analysis and customer understanding
* Coordinating internally to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed effectively

Actively seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Sales Executive who is looking to progress into a new challenge. The role offered is within a very well established D365 vendor that are ambitious and are looking to add a Sales Lead to their UK presence. The opportunity will see the successful candidate play a fundamental role in the gathering of requirements from clients, negotiation and ultimately closing deals.

This role offers a remote working environment (occasional travel may be required)

Duties:

* Working closely with the team of consultants to prepare proposals and presentations for face to face client appointments
* Efficiently and effectively coach colleagues to develop and manage a consistent business pipeline
* Monitor trends within the market in regards to direct competition to develop response strategies
* Identify new business and selling opportunities whilst generating a well-qualified sales pipeline to meet revenue targets
