Job Summary:
The D365 F&O Retail Business Analyst is responsible for POS implementation for our flagship store. He/She will be supporting a wide range of projects and needs for the divisions within the North American Retail network (omni-channel) landscape: retail stores, outlet stores, e-commerce, and CRM/marketing. The role will have the responsibility to oversee the development, testing, documentation, and functional training for users, while ensuring the Retail application landscape continues to meet functional and technical requirements. He/She will be engaged with the business process improvements, system issues, system maintenance & configuration, user training, system integrators & vendors on support issues. The role will support the MS D365 Cloud POS.

Department Overview:
The Information Technology and Systems Department oversees the overall systems architecture, infrastructure and network of Fila USA. We partner closely with the leadership team on a strategic level as they build their teams, implement new innovative tools and support their day to day systems activities. Responsibilities:
● Responsible for configuring and managing the D365 F&O CPOS implementation.
● Responsible for supporting the store platforms ie Point of Sale (POS), store payments, digital signage, store kiosks and digital applications.
● Oversee and support the store operation on day to day issues in D365 F&O
● Partner with vendors to validate and refine technical specifications against business requirements.
● Develop training material and deliver D365 F&O systems training as needed.
● Work closely with the Application Team and the Retail Operation Team

Qualifications / Skills:
● 5+ year's experience in D365 Finance and Operations
● Must have implemented CPOS or MPOS in the last 5 years
● Must have understanding in Retail Hierarchies, Assortments, Categories, Pricing, Promotions and Discounts.
● Experience in supporting multichannel retail and e-Commerce and related applications in the footwear, apparel or related industry, with increasing responsibilities.
● Previous experience with Adyen payment technology, retail systems, physical inventory and store inventory planning / replenishment tool is a plus
● Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong inclination to follow-up, communicate through ambiguity, and function with a service orientation.
● Ability to multitask in a collaborative environment, partnering with individuals from various departments
● Must have understanding in RFID process and Store Inventory

We have a few openings for AX/D365 developers to work across different offices! This position will be fully remote and candidates must reside within the US. No sponsorship is available at this time.

Essential Functions

* Adherence to Company policies is essential for all employees.
* Develop customizations and enhancements as well as provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) and AX.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical errors, data, and performance issues.
* Develop solutions that adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
* Champion high-quality testing, documentation, and code management practices.
* Collaborate and share knowledge with other Applications team members as well as cross-functionally.

Experience and Education Requirements

* 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 in Dynamics AX.
* Strong knowledge of X++ and Visual Studio.
* Knowledge and experience with ERP software and business processes in Finance, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of SQL and relational database structures.
* Experience working in a public accounting firm or with manufacturing is a plus!
* Experience working with clients or multiple ERP systems highly preferred.
* Previous partner experience is a plus

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
