Data Analyst - London (Hybrid) - Azure, Databricks, SQL, Power BI - Up to ÂŁ55,000

You'll join a collaborative Global Data Team where quality, governance and reliability really matter. There's a genuine focus on doing things properly, building sustainable solutions, and giving people the flexibility and support they need to do their best work.
You will work with:
* Business stakeholders, data stewards and data owners
* Data Engineers, Product teams and Senior IT stakeholders
* Azureâbased data platforms including Databricks, DLT and Delta tables
* Data governance, migration and reporting initiatives across the business
What will be involved in the role:
* Identifying data quality risks early through stakeholder engagement and domain understanding
* Performing handsâon data profiling, discovery and quality checks at source
* Analysing root causes of data issues and driving corrective actions
* Supporting data migration by validating mappings, transformations and scripts
* Running reconciliation and postâmigration quality checks
* Raising, tracking and resolving defects during trial loads and cutovers
* Translating business needs into clear, measurable data quality requirements
* Working with engineers to implement quality rules, constraints and monitoring
* Designing and maintaining data quality KPIs, dashboards and alerts
* Supporting governance practices, standards and continuous improvement

Key experience:
* Strong experience with SQL, Python or similar for data analysis and validation
* Handsâon experience with Databricks, Delta Live Tables and data quality frameworks
* Proven background in data profiling, cleansing, migration and reconciliation
* Understanding of data pipelines and engineering best practices
* Experience working with Power BI and data quality metrics
* Good knowledge of data governance, standards and regulatory requirements
* Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall environments
* Confident communicator able to work across business and technical teams
