    A Swiss company active in the development of innovative solutions for air traffic control, primarily radar visualization, flight plan management and decision-support tools for air traffic controllers.

    The company was founded in 2001 and is based at the Geneva International Airport with a branch office in Zurich.

    Due to the expansion of our development activities we are looking for:



    An Application Engineer H/F with an experience in a safety critical domain for our radar display solution



    Your environment

    As a member of a highly qualified team, you will participate in software specification and testing of our radar display solution. Automatic and manual testing has no secret for you, you are looking for a challenge in a complex technical environment.

    For this you are extremely rigorous, and you have a proven experience in the Air Traffic Management Domain, or in another safety critical domain, in the fields of requirements and tests with mission critical software.

    You will work autonomously in an Agile team and in continuous improvement spirit. A high amount of autonomy and personal commitment is necessary.

    Your mission

    * You create and maintain the application documentation: requirements (System and Software level) and associated test cases.
    * You review and test against the Specification and establish test traceability.
    * You test the application including the creation of test plans and reports.
    * You analyze and describe issues/bugs in our issues Database JIRA.
    * You synchronize and update the Test Results Management tool.
    * You perform formal system tests (Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Test).
    * You perform analysis of defects/incidents to find the root cause of problem.
    * You ensure 3rd level maintenance support in cooperation with the maintenance and engineering teams as well as with customers.
    * You may contribute to development activities.





    Your profile

    * You have ideally 5 years of computing experience in the air traffic control domain or other areas with real-time and security requirements.
    * You have a high analytical capacity, and you can understand the end user needs to transcript them into software requirements for the Development Team or into your test cases.
    * You are organized with an ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively.
    * You are rigorous, and you have a taste for challenge to work in a dynamic environment with a good team spirit.
    * Fluent written and spoken English is required, German or French is an asset.
    * Professional experience in an agile or scaled agile environment is preferrable.
    * ED153/ED109 or ED12B/C standards are major advantages for this position.
    * Usage of tools like IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion is appreciated.
    * Test automation experience is a plus.
    * ATSEP certification is a plus.

    Analyse et ĂŠvaluation de la sĂŠcuritĂŠ des applications.

    La prestation comprend les activitĂŠs suivantes rĂŠparties en 4 lots (WP).

    * WP1 - DĂŠfinition des Cycles de vie des applications (Secure-SDLC) :

    Livrables

    Afin de rĂŠaliser cette mission, les livrables suivants sont attendus :

    Exigences techniques



    * Secure SDLC / DevSecOps - Très bonne connaissance de la sÊcurisation du cycle SDLC et expÊrience des pratiques de dÊveloppement CI/CD/CS (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Continuous Security)
    * IAM / PAM / CIAM - Très bonne connaissance en schÊma d'authentification SSO, OpenID Connect (OIDC), aux frameworks SAML et OAuth et au standard JWT
    * API : Très bonne connaissances SOAP / RESTful / GraphQL / gRPC / WebSocket / WebHook
    * WAF : Experience pare-feu application web
    * Authentification : Très bonne connaissance en authentification forte (2FA, MFA, OTP) et passwordless (FIDO2 et Passkeys) et conditional access

    Within the IT Portfolio & Project Management Team, we drive the planning, execution, and quality delivery of strategic, transformational, and operational IT projects. We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with specific experience in SAP PMC contract renewals, managing transitions of Managed Services Providers (MSP) operating on AWS infrastructure. Candidates should have experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

    Your Main Responsibilities

    * SAP PMC Renewal Process
    * Support the end-to-end SAP PMC contract renewal, collaborating with procurement and other departments.
    * Coordinate internal stakeholders to gather requirements, assess existing license utilization, and ensure proper alignment with future roadmap and budget.
    * SAP IMS Transition
    * Lead the transition of SAP Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) from the current Managed Services Provider (MSP) to a new provider through a structured RFP process.
    * Define, document, and communicate service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the new MSP.
    * Support vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation processes, collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic goals.
    * Oversee onboarding of the new MSP and offboarding of the current one, ensuring knowledge transfer, compliance, and operational continuity.
    * Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration with AWS and compliance with IT security
    * Develop roadmaps, project charters and detailed delivery plans

    * Initiate project setup and manage them through phase gates
    * Coordinate and deliver the project on time, within budget and in scope, owning the full project life cycle from initiation to delivery
    * Motivates the team and creates a positive project atmosphere to achieve the deliverables
    * Develop and manage the project communications plan
    * Develop, manage and report on project success criteria

    Your Qualifications

    * You have an engineering or information technology degree, or equivalent
    * 8+ years of IT project management experience, including SAP PMC renewal process.
    * Project management certification, classical and/or agile i.e. PMP, Scrum Master etc.
    * Proven experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
    * Demonstrated ability to manage MSP transitions through RFP processes with Infrastructure running on AWS.
    * Strong understanding of RFP processes, procurement, and onboarding workflows for applications.
    * Experience in the energy and/or trading industry would be a plus
    * High performance with the ability to navigate quickly between high and detailed levels, have a proactive mindset and are quickly able to get into hands-on work where needed
    * Excellent stakeholder management skills

    Your mission

    ▪ You have at least 5 years of experience in Air Traffic Management Domain or a safety critical domain.

    ▪ You have a proven experience in the writing of system and software specifications and experience in the system and software testing.

    ▪ You have a high analytical capacity, and you can understand the end user needs and transcript them to requirements for the Development Team.

    ▪ You are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous and you appreciate teamwork.

    ▪ You are organized with an ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively.

    ▪ You have a high resistance to stress, and you are flexible.

    ▪ You have a proven experience with test automation tools using Python (use of Squish, Jenkins experiences are major advantages for this position)

    ▪ An experience with Polarion is a major advantage for this position.

    ▪ An experience in JAVA development is a plus.
