Power Platform Developer - Remote | Espoo-Based Projects

What You'll Be Working On

* Designing and building apps, automation flows, and integration within the Power Platform ecosystem
* Working with tools like Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Logic Apps
* Integrating data flows between Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
* Exploring AI-enhanced work flows and modern app design
* Collaborating with senior consultants in a flat, transparent organisational structure

What We're Looking For

* Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform tools
* Comfortable designing and implementing automation using Power Automate and Logic Apps
* Familiarity with model-driven apps, virtual agents, and Power Pages
* Background in development (.NET or JavaScript) is a plus
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
* Finnish speaking is needed due to customer requirements

Power Platform Developer/Consultant (Finnish speaking)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer/Consultant to join our team and help drive digital transformation through the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
* Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.
* Build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other data sources.
* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver tailored solutions.
* Provide technical consulting and support during implementation and post-deployment.
* Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
* Document processes, configurations, and user guides.
* Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Power Platform updates and new features.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Azure services.
* Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
* Familiarity with AL code, Dynamics 365, or Business Central is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Consulting experience and client-facing skills are highly desirable.
