Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics GP Consultant to support, optimize, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics GP environment. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise across core financials and HR/payroll modules, along with experience integrating and maintaining third-party extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support Dynamics GP modules including AP, AR, General Ledger, and Financial Accounting
Manage and optimize Multi-Entity, Multi-State Payroll and Advanced HR & Benefits functionality
Support Project Accounting processes including setup, billing, and reporting
Perform and troubleshoot bank reconciliations and related financial processes
Customize and extend GP functionality using Extender and other tools
Integrate and maintain third-party solutions such as Binary Stream, Mekorma, and Integrity Data
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP across financials, payroll, HR, and project accounting
Strong knowledge of multi-entity and multi-state payroll environments
Hands-on experience with Extender, Binary Stream, Mekorma, and Integrity Data solutions
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with GP integrations and reporting tools
Technical skills in SQL Server or GP development tools

This role will work closely with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and support ongoing initiatives around system optimization, integrations, and business process improvements. They're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable translating business needs into effective system solutions.

Key requirements:
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)
* Experience with EDI integrations (SPS Commerce or TrueCommerce)
* Knowledge of Finance / Accounting, Manufacturing, and Inventory modules
* Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
