    About the Role

    A well established, award-winning ERP consultancy is seeking a Senior Dynamics F&O Consultant to join its expanding team. The successful candidate will take ownership of customer relationships and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions across a diverse client base.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Manages and supports a portfolio of 5-7 customers, acting as their primary point of contact
    * Defines, optimises, and upgrades Dynamics ERP solutions (AX and D365 F&O)
    * Collaborates with developers on system changes and customisations
    * Delivers high-level support and implements the latest versions and add-ons
    * Works on a mix of upgrades, implementations, and operational/support tasks (including older AX versions)
    * Assists in bringing existing customers onto D365 F&O and supports new client onboarding
    * Participates in the sales and bidding process for new customers
    * Occasionally travels to customer sites; primarily office-based with hybrid working (2-3 days in office per week)

    Skills needed

    * Extensive experience with Dynamics AX/D365 F&O

    * Ideally, deep expertise in the Finance module; broad knowledge across finance, purchase, sales, WMS, logistics, or production also valued
