The company has around 1000 employees but they keep a personal approach with their customers and a family spirit within the company. Their products contain the smartest technology in their industry and build their organization towards process-oriented structures.


    Role Responsibilities :



    • Dynamics AX development using X

    • Provide a technical support during the implementation of the various solutions at our customers

    • Creation of solution concepts based on standard functionalities.

    • Define the technical requirements as well as technical acceptance, testing and documentation.

    • Monitoring the long-term objectives in consultation with colleagues from the architecture team.

    • Technical release planning for MS Dynamics AX developments.


    Skills expected :



    • Strong technical understanding of Dynamics AX system

    • Relevant experience as a Developer using X on Dynamics AX system

    • Good knowledge on Power BI and/or IT BI (preferred but not essential)

    • Supply chain industry experience with financial modules knowledge (preferred but not essential)

    • Excellent communication skills in German. English and/or French is a huge plus.

    In this role you will be working on the roll out of AX 2012 to their many subsidiaries.

    Role and Responsibilities -



    • Work on primarily the roll-out of AX 2012 across different subsidiaries

    • Work on site for roll-out projects

    • Participate in; change specification, workshops, configuration management, documentation, training users, hyper care and support release management

    • As a team lead you will be responsible for deliverables and work stream in the project

    • Travel to different subsidiaries during roll out projects (Typically 3 days on site)

    Your New Role

    * Managing general ledger accounting, inventory accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable teams including, but not limited to: Month end close, accounts receivable reserves, account payable accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, intangible assets, lease accounting, intercompany accounting, and consolidation.
    * Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
    * Review/prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, as needed
    * Ensure accounting records are recorded in accordance with US GAAP, maintained and filed
    * Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
    * Lead the preparation/review of financial accounting reports, including summary/detailed account analysis reports.
    * Lead the preparation/review of monthly fluctuation analysis.
    * Collaborate and assist finance team with annual budgets and forecasts.
    * Provide coaching, development opportunities, and performance feedback to new and existing staff, as needed.
    * Develop, implement, and monitor operating procedures to ensure company policies affecting financial matters are observed and assets safeguarded analyze, recommend, and execute process changes for continual improvement.
    * Collaborate with the department managers to support company goals and objectives.
    * Perform accounting research and provide technical guidance, as needed.
    * Assist with external audits, tax filings and other tax matters.
    * Assist the CFO and VP Finance and Controller, as needed.
    * Other duties will be assigned, as needed, to meet future business needs.

    What You'll Need

    * 10+ years in accounting and finance
    * Leadership experience is a must, either as an Accounting Manager, Controller, or Director
    * 2+ years of experience in a public accounting firm, Big Four experience highly preferred
    * Experience with either Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations is a plus. If not, must have experience with large scale ERP solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or Infor
    * Relevant industry background in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, etc.
    * Expertise with Microsoft Excel
