Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
Remote role anywhere in the United States
$100k-$130k base + bonus
My client is hiring for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Functional Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will lead and execute the implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central for our clients.
In order to be eligible for this role you must have 3+ years Business Central experience, and involvement in at least 6 implementations in BC. You can have background from a Partner or an End User, pending these requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
* Set up and configure Business Central modules as outlined in the Statement of Work and project plan.
* Train clients on how to use Business Central.
* Provide ongoing support to clients.
* Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other BC consultants to ensure project success.
* Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Developer to prepare technical specifications documentation.
* Document project requirements, status, and issues.
* Prepare data conversion and data migration templates for clients; import data, test results, and perform test validation.
* Provide User Acceptance Testing support as defined in the project plan.
* Liaise with third-party solution providers (ISVs) and install and configure solutions as required.
* Continuously enhance your knowledge of Dynamics Business Central and related technologies, staying updated with new features and functionality through hotfixes and semi-annual upgrade releases.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* At least three years of experience implementing Business Central solutions.
* Experience in training end-users on Business Central is a must.
* Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics Business Central.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working in a virtual environment.
