Deine Aufgaben

- Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Power BI Reports, Dashboards und Datenmodellen

- Aufbau und Optimierung automatisierter Prozesse mit Power Automate, n8n oder vergleichbaren Workflow-Plattformen

- Mitarbeit an innovativen Lösungen rund um Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot Studio und GitHub Copilot

- Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Bewertung von Use Cases hinsichtlich Nutzen, Machbarkeit und Skalierbarkeit

- Integration von ERP-, CRM- und weiteren Unternehmenssystemen über APIs und Automatisierungsworkflows

- Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Transparenz und belastbaren Entscheidungsgrundlagen

- Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Ableitung datenbasierter Handlungsempfehlungen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und Data-Teams

Das bringst du mit

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence, Data Analytics oder Reporting

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power BI

- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und im Anforderungsmanagement

- Interesse an modernen Technologien rund um Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Automatisierung und AI

- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We are currently looking for an GenAI Engineer to join an innovative and internationally operating company undergoing significant growth and technological transformation. This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated AI Engineer within the business and play a central role in shaping the future direction of AI initiatives across the organisation.

The position offers a high degree of ownership, visibility, and long-term development potential. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify business opportunities for AI, design scalable solutions, and drive projects from concept through to implementation.
