We're working with a leading consultancy that's shaping the future of data in financial services. They're looking for a Data Advisory Lead to join their growing Financial Services practice at Director Level, and help Tier 1 banking clients unlock the full potential of their data.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role, blending strategic advisory, client engagement, and technical insight. You'll be at the forefront of AI and GenAI adoption, helping clients navigate transformation journeys with the right mix of functional and technical expertise.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Lead strategic data initiatives for Tier 1 banks, aligning business goals with regulatory and technological change.
* Advise senior stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CRO, CFO) and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex transformation programmes.
* Shape enterprise data strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models.
* Engage in high-level conversations around AI, GenAI, and modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks - you don't need to be a deep technical SME, but you'll need to understand the landscape.
* Drive client growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and offering the right solutions - not just selling tech, but solving real business problems.

* Experience working for Consulting firms and significant banking sector experience.

A leading public sector organisation is seeking a Transport Modelling & Data Analytics Analyst to join a dynamic team shaping the future of transport across the North of England. This role sits within a specialist technical function focused on data analytics, modelling, and economic planning, supporting nationally significant programmes and regional investment strategies.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll contribute to the development and application of transport models, undertake geo-spatial and statistical analysis, and support evidence-based decision-making. You'll play a key role in delivering analytical services to support strategic transport planning, including the Department for Transport's Integrated Rail Plan.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver technical services and manage analytical workstreams to meet stakeholder needs.
