ERP Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced ERP IT Operations Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central across the enterprise. This role combines technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to ensure system reliability and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute ERP strategy and roadmap.
* Lead implementation, upgrades, and integrations for Business Central.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure system performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
* Apply Agile methodologies for project delivery.
* Mentor and develop high-performing ERP teams.

Qualifications

* Required:

* 6+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Proven ERP leadership and project management experience.
* Expertise in system deployment, optimization, and integrations.

* Preferred:

* 10+ years as techno-functional lead.
* Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations.
* Familiarity with Insight Works, Lanham, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
* Microsoft certification and Six Sigma/APICS credentials.
