Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Technical Architect with strong consulting experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions for our clients. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and client advisory responsibilities, helping businesses transform and optimize their customer engagement through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

Role & Responsibilities

* Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, primarily across Sales, Customer Service, and custom modules.
* Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives, gather technical requirements, and architect tailored D365 CE solutions that align with business goals.
* Provide technical leadership across all phases of CRM projects-from pre-sales and discovery to delivery and post-go-live support.
* Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and extensions using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.
* Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure delivery of scalable and secure CRM solutions.
* Create architecture and solution documentation including integration diagrams, data flow maps, and technical specifications.
* Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for performance, maintainability, and security.
* Stay current with Microsoft's roadmap and advise clients on how to leverage new features and capabilities.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and architectural standards.

Skills & Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
* Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Consultant in client-facing roles.
* Deep technical knowledge of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing).
* Expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
* Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions).
* Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for D365.
* Familiarity with security model, plug-ins, custom workflows, web resources, and APIs (REST/OData).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
* Microsoft certifications such as MB-600, PL-600, or equivalent.
* Experience with Agile methodologies, project delivery frameworks, and CRM strategy.
* Background in data migration, ETL tools (KingswaySoft, Scribe), and reporting tools (Power BI).
* Experience working with global or enterprise clients and multi-phase CRM implementations.
