We're seeking a finance-savvy D365 F&O professional to optimize, customize, and support our growing ERP ecosystem. This is your opportunity to help shape the financial systems of a stable, forward-thinking company while working cross-functionally with stakeholders and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the in-house expert on D365 F&O Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.)

Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, and functional design
*

Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to implement best practices and improve efficiency
*

Assist with UAT, training, and documentation for finance end-users
*

Support ongoing system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations

What You Bring:

*

3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance modules)
*

Solid understanding of core finance and accounting principles
*

Proven experience in end-to-end D365 implementations or optimization projects
*

Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
*

CPA or accounting background is a plus
