Product Owner - Drone & Robotics Tech

My client, an enterprise company in manufacturing industry with branch offices across the globe, is now urgently hiring for a Digital Tech Product Owner to join their internal team.

Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end management of innovative technology initiatives, including concept design, testing, certification, and operational rollout.
* Define and maintain product roadmaps, key milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
* Establish robust project governance frameworks, documentation standards, and transparent reporting mechanisms.
* Prepare structured reports and presentations for senior leadership and steering committees, summarizing project progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Consolidate reporting across multiple projects to maintain portfolio-level visibility and consistency.
* Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, and IT teams to integrate innovative technology solutions into operational workflows.
* Engage with external technology partners, solution vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful delivery and compliance.
* Track project risks, dependencies, and resource requirements; escalate critical issues when necessary.
* Champion Agile practices and promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
* Support prototype testing and proof-of-concept pilots to validate technology effectiveness before scaling.



Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in technology project management or product ownership, preferably in drones, robotics, or automation.
* Proven success in delivering end-to-end technology solutions within complex or regulated environments.
* Strong knowledge of drone systems, flight control, data capture and processing, and AI-enabled inspection tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and reporting skills with executive-level communication experience.
* Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science,Technology, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantages.
* Passionate about applying emerging technologies to transform operational processes.
