Role Overview

The Head of Data will lead the global IT data function, driving the transformation of data into strategic insights that enhance decision-making across the business. This role is responsible for executing a comprehensive data strategy, overseeing data architecture, engineering, business intelligence (BI) development, and custom application creation.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to define and communicate a clear data vision.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data solutions and BI initiatives.

Expertise in data architecture, analytics, business intelligence, and custom application development.
*

Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure, Databricks, and Power Platform.
*

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align key business leaders.
*

In-depth understanding of data governance, privacy, and security regulations.
*

Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing data teams.
*

Experience driving digital transformation and data-driven decision-making in a complex global organisation.


Qualifications

*

3+ years in a senior leadership role within data management or analytics.
*

Relevant certifications in data management and analytics are beneficial.
*

Hands-on experience leading data strategy and execution in a multinational environment.
