Job Overview:
As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in manufacturing processes to help clients streamline their operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a client-facing role that requires you to engage with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, configure the system, and deliver solutions that meet the specific needs of manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and implement Business Central solutions with a focus on manufacturing operations (inventory, production planning, supply chain management).

Lead the requirements gathering process, conducting fit-gap analysis to ensure that Business Central is configured to meet the client's needs.

Customize and configure Business Central modules, especially for manufacturing processes, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Production.
*
Provide training and post-implementation support to ensure successful user adoption.
*
Collaborate with project managers and other consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
*
Identify and address any challenges that arise during system implementation or post-go-live phases.
*
Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Business Central to ensure that clients are utilizing the most effective and efficient features.

Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the client's ongoing use of Business Central.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a functional consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
*
Strong background in manufacturing processes, including inventory management, production planning, and supply chain optimization.

Experience in configuring and implementing Business Central for manufacturing clients, including Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
*
Ability to work closely with clients, gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
*
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues during the implementation process.

Demonstrated success in delivering ERP solutions within manufacturing environments.

Preferred Qualifications (optional):
