About the role

We are working with a large, well-established organisation in the education sector that is building a new internal platform from the ground up. The focus is on long-term product development, with teams moving from a project-based setup to product-oriented delivery.

The platform supports both internal administrative users and end users, offering significantly more flexibility and functionality than existing solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and APIs
*

Develop REST APIs, microservices, facades, and BFF APIs within a modern integration architecture
*

Build and operate cloud-based services on Azure
*

Implement new features and improve existing functionality
*

Debug, test, and improve code to ensure high quality
*

Work closely with users to define user stories and translate needs into functional requirements
*

Document systems and technical processes

Required experience

*

5+ years of professional experience with .NET development
*

Strong experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and modern C#
*

Experience with cloud-based development (Azure preferred)
*

Master's degree in a relevant field (mandatory)
*

Fluent Norwegian (minimum B2) and good English
