Systems Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central- $155k

Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)

Our client is a rapidly growing, privately held leader in the food distribution industry with a nationwide and global customer base. Built on exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making, the company has become one of the largest organizations in its market while maintaining a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. They are currently in the final stages of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and are looking to add a Systems Analyst to support the next phase of growth.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business just as their Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation goes live. Rather than focusing primarily on development, you'll serve as the bridge between business users and technology-analyzing workflows, improving processes, supporting data integrity, and helping maximize the value of the ERP platform.

The ideal candidate understands how Business Central supports day-to-day operations and enjoys solving business problems through system optimization. Strong tenure and a stable work history are highly valued.

Responsibilities

* Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and improve operational workflows
* Support the ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central following go-live
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions
* Analyze data, processes, and reporting to identify opportunities for increased efficiency
* Configure and support Business Central functionality across multiple departments
* Work closely with internal teams and external implementation partners as needed
* Assist with testing, user training, documentation, and system enhancements
* Perform light technical troubleshooting and coordinate development efforts when required

Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)
* Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Solution Architect, or similar ERP-focused role
* Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and workflow optimization
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Functional Business Central experience is required; light development knowledge is a plus but not the primary focus
* Stable employment history with demonstrated long-term tenure

Work Environment

This position is based in Irvine, CA. The company strongly prefers employees to work onsite five days per week to foster collaboration, though limited flexibility may be considered for the right candidate after onboarding.
