AP Specialist

One of my enterprise clients in the Food & Beverage space is looking to bring on an AP Specialist! Please see below for details:

Role: AP Specialist

Logistics:

* Full-time 3-month contract-to-hire, onsite near the Coconut Creek / Coral Springs area
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: 40 hours per week minimum
* Salary at Conversion: $50,000-$60,000
* Rate Range: Starting at $25/hr



This role focuses on high-volume invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and supporting the day-to-day Accounts Payable function in a fast-paced environment. You would be responsible for processing PO and non-PO invoices, performing invoice matching, resolving discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, and working closely with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and payments.



They're looking for someone with 2+ years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), and experience working within ERP systems such as Great Plains, SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Experience working in a high-volume environment, handling multiple entities, and supporting month-end activities would be a plus.
