The Opportunity

You'll join a small, highly capable team working on advanced data and AI initiatives for a strategically important customer.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days building PowerPoints or sitting in endless meetings.

Instead, you'll have the autonomy to:

✅ Design and build intelligent AI solutions

✅ Explore and implement modern Agentic AI architectures

✅ Work directly with senior stakeholders

✅ Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues

✅ Take ownership of critical projects from concept to deployment

✅ Influence how AI is adopted within large-scale enterprise environments

The ideal person is likely someone who:

* Has hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions in production
* Actively follows developments in Agentic AI, LLMs and autonomous systems
* Experiments with new technologies outside of work
* Enjoys solving complex problems simply because they're interesting
* Is collaborative, approachable and enjoys mentoring others
* Can make decisions and take ownership without excessive bureaucracy
* Values learning over ego
* Fluency in Swedish

Bonus points if you've worked within Telecom, Connectivity, Infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
