I'm currently working with a client in California who's looking to bring on a CRM Administrator to act as the go-to person for their Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment. This would be an onsite role where you'd take ownership of the platform across modules like Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service, and Contact Center.

This person would be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and overall optimization of the system-working closely with internal teams to gather requirements, improve processes, manage integrations, and ensure everything is running smoothly. There's also a big focus on user support, training, reporting, and helping drive efficiency across the business.

On the technical side, they're looking for someone comfortable with configuring the system (fields, workflows, security, etc.), managing integrations with ERP/CPQ/marketing tools, maintaining data quality, and building out reports and dashboards. You'd also be involved in testing updates, supporting releases, and acting as the bridge between business users and IT/vendors.

Ideally looking for someone with:

* 5+ years of CRM experience
* 3+ years specifically within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
* Strong experience with customization, workflows, and integrations
* Someone who's comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
