We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Trainer to support training and adoption across newly acquired and existing business units. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging training sessions-both on‑site and remote-for sales, service dispatch, and administrative teams on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Field Service modules.
* Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and hands‑on workshop content tailored to various roles.
* Provide post‑implementation support, assisting end‑users with navigation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
* Support new employee onboarding to ensure early proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics tools.
* Collaborate closely with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to align training with deployment timelines and organizational needs.
* Assist in functional testing of new system features and enhancements prior to rollout, offering feedback on usability and process improvements.

Qualifications

* Demonstrated success delivering training for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Field Service, or comparable CRM/field platform solutions.
* Experience developing instructional materials such as manuals, quick‑reference guides, and workshop exercises.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex software functions into clear, digestible instruction.
* Experience providing user support, hyper‑care guidance, and hands‑on troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with system testing or user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training engagements independently.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Education, Business, or a related field.
* Willingness and enthusiasm to travel 50-75% throughout the United States.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM/Field Service training roles, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics.
