For a growing IT consulting company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CX expertise to lead complex customer and transformation projects.

Your Responsibilities

* Lead Dynamics 365 CX projects and programmes end-to-end
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Advise customers on CX and cloud transformation initiatives
* Coordinate stakeholders, project teams and delivery activities
* Ensure successful project execution regarding scope, timeline, and quality

Your Profile

* Min. 5+ years of experience in IT projects
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE:

* Sales
* Marketing
* Customer Service
* Field Service

* Proven consulting and multi-project management experience
* Experience with cloud solutions and enterprise transformation projects
* German and English minimum C1
* Hands-on, proactive and willing to go the extra mile when needed
* Based within practical commuting distance to Winterthur
