AI & Cloud Lead Consultant - MNC, Perm, New Headcount

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven opportunities.

*

Conduct AI readiness assessments, including data infrastructure, processes, and governance.

*

Design AI solution architectures covering data pipelines, ML models, and system integrations.

*

Develop AI strategies and roadmaps, identifying high-impact use cases such as predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and automation.

*

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build, test, and deploy AI solutions.

*

Manage end-to-end AI project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and business impact.

*

Provide guidance on responsible AI, data privacy, governance, and AI security best practices.

*

Train client teams and support AI adoption and capability building.

Technical Requirements

*

Experience with at least one cloud AI platform (Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, or OpenShift AI).

*

Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.

*

Programming skills in Python and SQL, with knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).

*

Understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and MLOps practices.

*

Knowledge of AI security, data governance, and data protection frameworks.

Preferred Certifications

*

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate

*

Microsoft Data Scientist / AI Architect certifications

*

AWS or Google Cloud AI/ML certifications
