About the Role
My client is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem to join thier growing team. This is a hunter-focused role designed for a driven sales professional who is ready for upward mobility and wants a clear path to Director of Sales or VP of Sales.
This is an opportunity to help build and standardize the sales function from the ground up in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound prospecting and referral channels
*
Independently source and develop leads (hunter mentality required)
*
Run product demonstrations with functional support when needed
*
Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposal, and close
*
Build, refine, and standardize the company's sales process
*
Maintain and manage pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed quota
Ideal Candidate Profile
*
4-7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
*
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including ERP and CRM/CE
*
Experience with Power Platform is acceptable
*
Background primarily in Salesforce or HubSpot environments is not preferred
*
Proven ability to run demos independently
*
Self-starter who thrives in a startup setting
*
Flexible, proactive, and excited about building processes and infrastructure
*
Strong desire for career progression into sales leadership
