Location: Houston, Texas

Salary: Up to $200,000 per annum

As an IT Leader, you will oversee the implementation and management of critical systems, focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance & Ops & BI. Your expertise will guide the organization towards achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Skills Required:



* Minimum 15 years' experience in IT, including at least 10 years leading ERP, BI, or enterprise data functions.
* Extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, whilst experience with CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) is advantageous.
* Experience in leading Digital Transformation projects - multi-entity, multi-currency advantageous
* Proven background in enterprise data platforms, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and advanced analytics.
* Experience driving enterprise AI initiatives, proof-of-concept programs, and automation strategies.
* Demonstrated success in integrating acquired businesses, aligning data structures, reporting frameworks, and operational processes.
* Experience leading enterprise application development teams and overseeing delivery lifecycles, with solid knowledge of modern architectures, SDLC methodologies, and integration frameworks (hands-on coding not required).
* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), including governance, delivery models, standards, and business enablement practices.
* Proven ability to manage hybrid delivery models across internal teams and outsourced or managed service partners.
