D365 Business Central Developer Analyst - $130k - Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)

Our client, a rapidly growing life sciences organization, is expanding its Business Central environment and is seeking a Techno‑Functional BC Specialist who can balance hands‑on AL development with strong functional support across finance, warehousing, and production operations.

You'll join a US-based team and work closely with global IT leadership as they modernize their ERP footprint and integrate BC with key applications across their GMP‑driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building solutions and partnering directly with users on critical business processes.

Your New Role

* Develop and enhance Business Central using AL extensions and related tools (.NET, SQL, C#, HTML).
* Support day‑to‑day BC usage across finance, warehousing, supply chain, and production teams.
* Troubleshoot issues and deliver high‑quality technical/functional designs.
* Use low‑code tools (Power Platform, Excel, etc.) where appropriate.
* Contribute to technical planning, solution architecture, and best practices.
* Partner with end users to understand requirements and drive process improvement.

What You'll Need

* Strong experience with D365 Business Central, including AL development.
* Ability to support both technical and functional ERP needs.
* Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or regulated manufacturing (preferred but not required).
* Knowledge of .NET, JavaScript, Visual Basic, or SQL is a plus.
* Prior BC implementation or upgrade experience highly valued.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams.
