A major Swedish company in the automotive industry is kicking off its biggest IT transformations to date - rebuilding outdated systems, modernising its tech stack, and moving fully into a Microsoft/Azure-first future. They're now looking for a Head of IT Core Operations to lead this shift.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to take ownership of operations across a complex hybrid environment while driving automation, cloud adoption, and modern DevOps practices. You'll lead infrastructure, operations, and support (1st-3rd line) and play a key role in shaping the company's future IT landscape.

Your Impact

Lead and develop the IT Operations organisation

Ensure stability, security, and availability across on-prem + Azure
*

Drive automation (Terraform, CI/CD), monitoring, and modernisation
*

Oversee incident, change, and vendor management
*

Contribute directly to IT strategy and transformation decisions

What You Bring

5+ years leading IT operations/infrastructure teams
*

Strong experience with hybrid IT, Azure, IaC, DevOps, and security
*

Background in complex environments with multiple systems and stakeholders
*

Proven people leadership, budgeting, and vendor management
*

Fluent Swedish (required)
