Join an established UK-based MS Partner working on various projects providing quality D365 CE and Power Platform Solutions to their broad client base!
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Dynamics CRM system to ensure smooth operation
*
Collaborate with the Dynamics team to support and implement system enhancements
*
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues promptly and efficiently
*
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
*
Maintain documentation and provide user training as needed
Skills:
*
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration
*
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
*
Experience in hybrid working environments preferred
