D365 CE Support Analyst

Kent, Hybrid (2-3 days a week).

Our client is looking to speak with talented 1st and 2nd line Support Analysts as they look to expand their delivery team!

Responsibilities

* Precisely record, monitor, and resolve customer service cases and incidents to ensure prompt and effective support
* Enhance support operations by automating routine tasks like case assignment, escalations, and approval workflows for greater efficiency
* Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track service desk performance, ensure SLA compliance, and assess client satisfaction
* Oversee customer interactions across email, phone, chat, and other channels using a unified platform to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience
* Protect client data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards.
* Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with core business applications like Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams to enhance collaboration and drive operational efficiency.
* Showcase deep expertise and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform tools to deliver effective solutions and provide exceptional client support

Skills

* Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 CRM, workflows, case management, reporting, and security roles
* Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Positive approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation.
* Ability to produce clear user guides, troubleshooting resources, and communicate with clients professionally across multiple channels.
