We are working with a technology company in the mining and geoscience sector, building advanced software platforms used to analyse data from real-world scanning and measurement systems. Their solutions sit at the intersection of backend software, data processing, and physical devices, supporting high-value decision-making.

They are now looking for a Senior C# / .NET Developer to join a Gothenburg-based engineering team focused on long-term product development.

The role

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust backend systems that power data-intensive platforms and integrate closely with hardware and field-deployed devices.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing services and applications using C# and modern .NET (.NET 6/7+)

Designing and implementing REST APIs, microservices, and background services
*

Collaborating with hardware engineers and data-focused teams
*

Improving performance, scalability, and maintainability
*

Contributing to architecture and long-term technical strategy
*

Ensuring high code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices

What they are looking for

Strong experience with C# and .NET in fullstack roles
* Experience with frontend development (React, Angular, or Blazor)

Solid understanding of object-oriented design, patterns, and clean code
*

Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL

Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
