ERP/IT Manager within Business Central

A high-tech manufacturing company in North Zealand (30 mins from Copenhagen) is seeking an ERP/IT Manager to take ownership of their newly implemented Dynamics 365 Business Central system and lead the ongoing digital development of their IT landscape.

About the role

You'll be responsible for managing and evolving the company's IT setup with a particular focus on Business Central. This is a broad and hands-on position where you'll be able to combine technical expertise, business understanding, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

* Oversee and optimise Business Central to support production and operational workflows
* Migrate existing data, ensure accessibility, and train end-users across departments
* Develop and configure BC within standard frameworks to meet company-specific requirements
* Integrate BC with other internal systems and tools
* Contribute to the development of a Shop Floor Management / Production Tracking application
* Provide broader IT support, including Microsoft servers and client systems

Your background

* Solid experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central (implementation, configuration, troubleshooting)
* Strong understanding of BC architecture and development (AL, C/AL)
* Experience with IT management, system integrations, and process optimisation - this could also be from a Project Manager or Architect position
* Hands-on, proactive, and able to bridge technical and business needs
