Business Systems Analyst - D365 Business Central | Austin, TX (Onsite)

A rapidly growing end-user in the Austin area is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to serve as their functional subject-matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a full-time, onsite position with no travel required. The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounting and finance teams, ensuring the ERP system supports the company's expansion and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and support D365 Business Central implementations and upgrades
* Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to optimize system workflows
* Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and performance

Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with D365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV)
* Proven track record in financial implementations within Business Central
* Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience
* Manufacturing industry experience is required
* Strong understanding of Fixed Assets, VAT, workflows, and financial reporting
* Experience working with Microsoft partners is a plus
