Join a Digital Transformation That Puts Users at the Centre

A global organisation is undergoing a major digital transformation, and its Business Systems team plays a pivotal role in delivering scalable solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. This team works closely with end users-particularly those involved in warehouse operations and inventory management-to ensure that technology genuinely supports and enhances core business processes.

This is an exciting time to come onboard. The company is evolving rapidly, and the Dynamics 365 platform is still in the early stages of being structured and governed. With numerous initiatives underway, new team members will step into a dynamic environment with real opportunities to shape how things are done.

About the Role: Application Specialist & Stream Lead - Supply Chain Management (SCM)

This role is central to driving the success of the Dynamics 365 platform in the supply chain domain. You'll collaborate closely with warehouse teams, inventory managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into secure, scalable solutions. Your work will directly impact how goods are tracked, stored, and moved-making operations more efficient and user-friendly.

As Stream Lead, you'll guide progress within the SCM area, helping harmonise processes and establish best practices. You'll also contribute to agile ways of working, including sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement.

This position is based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg, reporting to the Business Systems Manager at the company's headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with users to understand warehouse and inventory needs
* Design and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 SCM
* Support optimisation of supply chain processes, including inventory and logistics
* Lead testing and validation of new features and integrations
* Help document and refine business processes
* Ensure security and compliance in solution design
* Coordinate across teams for seamless system integration
* Demonstrate new functionality through sprint demos and workshops
* Escalate issues and align with product owners on priorities

Why Join?

This is more than a systems role-it's an opportunity to work closely with the people who keep the supply chain running. Whether it's improving how inventory is tracked or streamlining warehouse workflows, your work will have a direct and visible impact. You'll be part of a small team that values initiative, insight, and continuous learning.
