Enterprise Application Manager - MedTech Sector

A dynamic MedTech organisation based just north of Copenhagen is looking to hire an Enterprise Application Manager to strengthen its Strategy & IT function. The company is on a mission to deliver innovative solutions that improve health for both people and planet, and it offers an environment where new ideas are encouraged and acted upon.

This role will focus on managing and developing the company's enterprise applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and CRM, while ensuring IT initiatives are fully aligned with business growth plans. The first major task will be leading the global roll-out of D365 BC, followed by CRM implementation.

You'll report directly to the VP & Head of Strategy & IT, giving you visibility and influence at the highest level.

What you'll be doing

* Take ownership of the IT application landscape, ensuring secure integrations and scalability.
* Convert business requirements into IT solutions and advise leadership on digital opportunities.
* Manage programmes and projects: track progress, identify risks, and ensure delivery against milestones.
* Act as the key link with external IT vendors, overseeing contracts, service levels, and escalations.
* Support audits and compliance work to maintain best-practice security standards.
* Oversee change management and guide teams through system transitions.
* Handle support contracts and incident management to minimise operational impact.

About you

* Experienced with D365 Business Central, especially in upgrade and roll-out projects.
* Knowledge of D365 CE/CRM is a plus.
* Familiarity with Power Platform, APIs, and data integration tools is an advantage.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
* Fluent in Danish and English.
