About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge digital solutions for the maritime industry. Working closely with senior developers and the CTO, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of vessel automation and energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain software using C#/.NET 8.
* Build and enhance web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Design and manage database infrastructure.
* Port and build software for cloud systems, including Linux environments.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
* Conduct software testing, including security and performance testing.
* Provide internal and external technical support.
* Participate in code reviews and development meetings.
* Prepare technical documentation.

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
* Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and database design.
* Familiarity with Git and cloud platforms such as AWS (Azure experience also considered).
* Ability to adapt to new technologies and approaches.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently.
