Our client, a leading organization in Sanford, NC, is seeking a Business Central Functional Analyst to join their team and help drive operational excellence through ERP optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead functional support and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a focus on the Financial Management module.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and translate business needs into system solutions.
* Train end users and stakeholders on Business Central functionality and best practices.
* Support business development initiatives by aligning ERP capabilities with strategic goals.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience implementing and supporting Business Central, especially in financial workflows.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and data integrity.
* Ability to train users, document processes, and drive adoption across departments.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
* Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
* Familiarity with other Microsoft tools (Power BI, Excel, Teams).
