Overview:
One of my clients it looking to add an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Project Manager to their team to lead the delivery of a high-impact ERP implementation. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong project management skills, deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
 * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
 * Coordinate internal and external teams including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
 * Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design reviews
 * Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities
 * Ensure project milestones are met and risks are proactively managed
 * Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and project sponsors
 * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
 * Proven experience managing D365 F&O implementations
 * Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations modules
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
 * Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and Microsoft project tools
 * PMP or similar certification is a plus
