Senior ERP Specialist

Details:

* Leading Oil and Gas services firm based in Calgary, Alberta.
* Full-time, permanent role.
* Fully remote with the occasional in-person meetings.
* Great Plains support with the future move to a D365 ERP.

Requirements:

* Oil and gas or manufacturing industry exposure
* Experience with Dynamics Great Plains operations, configurations, and customizations.
* Recent D365 implementation experience to support their eventual transition.
* Accounting process knowledge: general accounting and internal control principles
* Familiarity with Wennsoft products (Job Costing, Service Management, Equipment Management)
* Experience with DocLink and SmartConnect
* Technical knowledge of SQL database

Responsibilities:

* Resolve technical issues related to Dynamics GP and set up security roles.
* Work with vendors for updates and system troubleshooting.
* Identify optimization needs and implement ERP enhancements.
* Manage integrations between Dynamics Great Plains and Wennsoft products.
* Develop SQL scripts to address data analysis, manipulating SQL tables, and addressing the root cause of frozen batches.
* Collaborate with the Power Platform team on SQL data analysis.
