BI Analyst Contract: 2 Months (Initial) Location: Mayfair, London (3-4 days per week onsite) Day Rate: Competitive

We're working with a fast-paced and data-driven organisation looking for an experienced BI Analyst to join the team on an initial 2-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organisation. This contract uis likely to extend beyond the 2 months if the project goes well.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports in Tableau.
* Extract, transform and analyse data from Snowflake data warehouses.
* Work alongside Engineering and Data teams to improve reporting and data accessibility.
* Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
* Support ongoing BI and analytics initiatives across the business.
* Ensure data quality, governance and reporting accuracy.

Required Experience

* Strong experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Analytics Consultant.
* Advanced Tableau dashboard development skills.
* Hands-on experience working with Snowflake.
* Strong SQL and data modelling capabilities.
* Experience working within modern cloud environments.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Previous experience delivering insights in a fast-moving business environment.

Desirable Skills

* Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
* Knowledge of dbt.
* Exposure to AI tools such as Claude.
* Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
* Understanding of modern data platform and analytics best practices.

Working Arrangements

* Hybrid working model with 3-4 days per week onsite in Mayfair.
* Flexibility around office attendance can increase over time based on performance and team requirements.
* Immediate start preferred.
