Overview

A long-term opportunity for an experienced Silverfort SME / Infrastructure Architect to join a large-scale enterprise environment and take ownership of a unified identity and access platform. You will serve as the subject matter authority for Silverfort, driving architecture, policy design, integrations, troubleshooting, and service enhancements across a highly regulated organisation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise and deep understanding of authentication protocols. Previous experience working within banking or financial services environments is highly beneficial, given the scale, complexity, and security-driven nature of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and operate the Silverfort platform as a core enterprise identity security service
* Lead Silverfort architecture, policy development, and cross-platform integrations
* Act as the primary point for escalated support, vendor interaction, and service improvements
* Partner with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to resolve issues and support ongoing programmes
* Produce high-quality technical and non-technical documentation, guides, and artefacts

Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong understanding of Access Management, IAM, PAM, and MFA
* Deep knowledge of Silverfort architecture, agentless MFA, and policy design
* Solid experience with Active Directory and core authentication protocols:

* LDAP
* Kerberos
* NTLM
* RADIUS

* Good knowledge of network fundamentals, including firewalls and proxies
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, working across multiple teams
* Solid grasp of ITIL: Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Desirable Skills

* Experience with Azure and Entra ID
* Exposure to EDR/XDR security tooling
* Scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and API understanding
* Demonstrable experience creating clear, structured documentation
* Financial services/banking sector exposure
