Analytics Engineer - Microsoft Viva

6 Month Contract Inside IR35 Remote - Analytics Engineer - Microsoft Viva Exp required

I am working a role at the moment with a consultancy and they are looking for an Analytics Engineer for an initial 6 month contract which is likely to extend beyond that.

The role will be fully remote and will require experience with the following tools:

* Microsoft Viva & Viva Insights
* Microsoft 365
* Power BI
* Power automate
* Azure Data factory or similar tools.

The main responsibilities will be to:

* Define KPIs and key metrics and KPIs to help with employee engagement, learning,productivity and goal alignment.
* Ensuring data accuracy, security and governance compliance with organisational standards.
